Opening today at Gloucester Road Tube Station is an Olympics-themed artwork by Sarah Morris, which extends across the 18 arches of the station platform...

The work was commissioned by Art on the Underground and is an extension of Morris' official Olympics poster, which was one of the few bright moments in the series of posters commissioned by artists for this year's Games (see my previous post on this for more, here). The installation, titled Big Ben, will be in place at Gloucester Road until the end of this year.
